I recently purchased a Tacx Flow Smart trainer (bluetooth and ANT+) and I have a question about the antenna that came with it. When connecting to Trainerroad, do I have to use both the BT and ANT+? I can connect the device to Tacx Training, but Trainerroad is not finding the device. Do I need the dongle to connect to my iPhone? And yes, it's weird typing the word dongle.

If you are using Bluetooth to connect to Tacx Training app, make sure you disconnect it first before trying to connect to TrainerRoad. You can only do one connection with Bluetooth.
