Edit: And more deal-making out of Trump yesterday that's just to brilliant I can't fathom it. Undermining the GOP House plan (by Tweet, of course) right before the vote was probably some super plan to court the necessary Senate Democrats? Or the Senate GOP hardliners?

Edit edit: Actually I think you were right. It's not tongue-in-cheek. I think he was referring to the extroardinary event being Hillary becoming President, not Ryan doing something right. If he'd been referring to Ryan, that'd be straight-up funny.
