You said you are not graduating until May 2012. You will have future tuition and school expenses. Use it for that. That much less to borrow next semester or to pay down any part of the loan that is not deferred until graduation.

No one has asked, but I think it's important to know, are we talking a semi large amount or a 1000 bucks?

If it's a big chunk, it goes back to the parental units, if it's not, it goes into a bank account for as needed expenses during the year.
