Homemade Bircher. Good oats, coconut milk, almond milk, apple juice, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, some fresh or frozen berries, a spoonful of jam if you want it sweeter. Stir gently and leave overnight in the fridge. Lasts 2 or 3 days. If you need more carb, say before a big session, just add granola on top when you serve, and slice up a banana. Very cheap, takes 5 minutes to prep for 2-3 days food.

Can you use steelcut oats? And is there a link you can direct me to.... Need to follow exact directions my first time through. My initial search on Google wasn't what you described. Thanks.
