Work: Hire 2 more employees. Give my business more presense (signs, new website... get "out there" a bit more. I currently work almost exclusively through word of mouth).
Home: Finish back deck, fence yard.
Personal: Don't get too caught up in the above two items so I can still enjoy time with my wife and 4 month old.
Nice to have: A 26 hour day would be swell.
Long Chile was a silly place.
