Not exactly, Cannondale merged with Garmin-Sharp to form Cannondale-Garmin as of 2015. The merger with Drapac came later in 2016 to form Cannondale-Drapac.

Yeah, I meant to write "Slipstream" instead of Drapac. I wouldn't really call it a "merger" though. Slipstream took over all the management responsibilities. Just Cannondale branding (and equipment of course) remained.
