Michelle's video is definitely a contender for Hottest Triathlon Video of the Year, but she has serious competition from Lucy Charles and some other hot young tri girls. :) "Anyone can be who they want to be IF they have the HUNGER and the DRIVE."
and the award for the best Bob Babbitt interview in a Trucker Hat goes to (insert Joe Cocker song here). http://www.fitspeek.com the Fraser Valley's fitness, wellness, and endurance sports podcast
I was pretty happy with my 3rd place at the Verona Triterium Olympic Distance. I was almost 2 miles behind the winner but felt like i nailed it. Does that count? Inside The Big Ring: Podcast & Coaching
Well, Jeremy Howard ran 6:24 at Ultraman World Champs along the Queen K highway...
My personal view on all round impressive tri performance would be Lucy Charles... with relatively little experience and lots of guts in very challenging conditions at Kona, to take second place is fantastic. Also to overtake most of the men in the swim! Kudos.
Also tough to argue with Lange's run, but I love the fact that Lucy chicked all those dudes. ____________________________________
