Guppy week #1 is up

Just saw it’s up (Thanks Dan). Looks like the same as last year, which is great, since I had copied the last set into Word, and saved them into my Dropbox for reference. I’m going to go for the Tarpon yards this year....

Question: in the warm up, I see 6 x 100, alt one-arm and freestyle. Last year, I did this as 25 left arm, 25 free, 25 right ar, 25 free. Is that right enough?
2nd question: I’m using a 935 Garmin, since my pool has no clock. Should I just set the fields to time and “last interval distance”, and use the lap button? Or just the clock, and act like a real swimmer by leaving at the top, etc.?
