3x each SBR
2x weights
2x yoga
10 hour/week goal to keep the family happy. Something has to give, right? I’m trying to be a healthy guy first, and triathlete second (thus I am reluctant to not lift or do yoga).
There really isn’t a question here, TBH, but more of a whine over the fact that I have to have a job that really gets in the way of time to do it all. Even though the job pays for some very nice equipment...

I get it, my goal is sub 10 hours for 4-6 weeks prior to IM...In the mean time my goal is 7 hours a week. I would focus on weights and yoga more in the winter months and dial back the SBR...then start to ramp SBR up and lower weights as spring weather comes along. Most importantly dont get hurt and dont get obsessed.

You can get a new race goal, you cant (dont) want to find a new wife, family, job. So keep it in check to last the longest.
