Thanks for posting the working link and good for the organizers of smaller races to figure out another way to keep the playing field level.

So what is preventing these athletes from registering for these races on their own? Why do they need this "agent" to register for them at a cost of part of their prize money? I suppose it's because they're getting more from their agent than just advice on which races to enter...

Since the athletes were trying to hide that they were working with a banned coach, I'd like to see them get the same penalty as a doper.
