So what is preventing these athletes from registering for these races on their own? Why do they need this "agent" to register for them at a cost of part of their prize money? I suppose it's because they're getting more from their agent than just advice on which races to enter...

I don't know much about running races, but there were almost 15,000 folks listed in the results for the full, half, and 8k. Is that small?

Since the athletes were trying to hide that they were working with a banned coach, I'd like to see them get the same penalty as a doper.
