The SkiErg and C2 Rower can both be used for swimming fitness. The rower has the benefit of working your let muscles and also are more easily available. I've taken a look at the muscles worked during rowing versus swimming and they are the same plus you get a great cardio workout. So for me I use bands for the swim motion and rower for all round muscle and CV activation and fitness. for swimming. I wrote about it here: https://app.ironmanvirtualclub.com/...avent-discovered-yet
