Help position new bike

They could criticize my position
What improvements do you think, what is wrong, what is good.
It is for triathlon, not for short distance.
Thank you

i'd increase your reach and reduce your stack. your saddle might be high but it's hard to tell based on the 2 pedal strokes in the video.

Thank you

I'm going to make a longer video
It would be more forward to support the elbows
And lower the front?
thank you very much

You could stand to lose some of those rolls of flab around your midsection...

(joking, clearly)

I agree with most everything here. Te video is short, so its hard to be sure, but your toe pointing makes me think you need to lower your seat. Lower the stack too. Reach looks pretty good to me though.

jejej it is the position adjunt abdomen picture jejeje
1.75 cm 68k
a few kilos could go down
I do not know if it's worth it
but I would have to sacrifice pizzas, roasts, parties
jajaj
So I get to do 90km in bike in 39 km / h average and then run 21k in 3:45 per km
P.D : Swimming I am a dead otter jajjaaj

You need to lower your seat.
Get a new saddle that allows you to rotate your pelvis properly.
I'd start there.

I'm going to lower the seat for tomorrow to go rolling.
I have two seats
at the moment the fizik tritone is on.
but I have an adamo attack
I feel comfortable in both
What do you think would be better?
Thank you

The Adamo, but neither may be suitable.
Some people can rotate on a tritone but I found it too firm and flat.

In my country there is no where to try
I could buy someone else to recommend and check between them which is better for me.
the addamo attack is extremely comfortable, but the adductors leave me feeling a little bit.
The tritone is comfortable but I find it that I can not give it an angle, it is flat, if you do not feel that you are slipping.
Anyone who can buy to test?
thanks

You are sitting too far back on the attack.
You need to WIDEN the nose so you can sit in the right place.
