So my 920 is acting up. I don't wear it all day, just for workouts. Recently I've noticed the "steps tracking" keeps turning on. I'll go in, and turn it off. Later that day, I see its back on. I've been doing this for roughly two weeks. While not a huge pain, its annoying. I don't care about my steps, and I know that sucks battery life. Anyone else have this happen with their 920? I haven't contacted Garmin yet, but it's on my short list. And I realize it isn't that huge of a deal, just annoying is all.

Mine started doing the same thing a few months ago. It is annoying, but like you, it's not annoying enough for me to have tried to do anything about it yet. I personally couldn't care less about how many steps I do (other than perhaps to measure my cadence when running!)

Check the setting on Garmin Connect on the interweb.

You just need to turn off the setting on Garmin Connect. Amazingly, Garmin customer service was utterly unhelpful at figuring out that super easy fix, just offered to warranty the watch :)
