Breakfast: As many carbs I can stomach.....usualy 2 bowls of a whole grain cereal or 2 pop tarts or 2 whole grain bagels and some type of jelly followed by my wifes 80 cal ideallean protein.

During the offseason i usually do not eat during the day as long as I can function.

While training I will eat whatever I need to fuel my workouts.....bananas, clif bars, etc.

Dinner is whatever I want within reason and I always eat my vegetables at the beginning of the meal to ensure I eat the right amount.....as I am not the greatest at eating them consistantly...

Big rule for dinner is to eat before 8......I never eat anything later than that.

M-F is usually always the same:

5am, Wake up, coffee
5.30 - 7, Workout. (might take on some gel/carb drink if i really need to, but i rarely do)
7ish, recovery drink (dextrose with protein)

9ish Breakfast at work , green smoothie (just a bunch of veg in a blender, bit of protein powder and water)

1.30ish Lunch , either a large bowl of oats with nuts and fruits , or , veg and noodles

5ish, Piece of fruit/nuts

5.30ish Swim

7ish Dinner, usually veg and lentils with rice.

May end the evening with some choc.

Yesterday:
07:00, 2 bowls muesli with 1% milk
10:00, 1 banana
12:00, 2 slices toast, marmite
14:00, 2 apples, 50g milk chocolate
17:00, 2 slices carrot cake
<track session 10 x 800m>
21:00, beefburger, bread, fried potatoes, salad, 880mls 5% lager

Today:
07:00, 2 bowls muesli with 1% milk
11:00, 2 slice toasts, marmite & lemon curd
13:00, battered white fish, fries, peas.
15:00, 1 apple
18:00, 2 jaffa cakes
<swim 2000m>
21:00, pork sausages, potatoes, peas, 250mls white wine
22:00, 2 teaspoons peanut butter, 30g hard cheese

Edit to add: Male, 184cm, 68kg, 40-45yrs. 10km run = 37 minutes, 1500m swim= 22 minutes.

A lot of aspirational nutrition regimens here I wish I could do. I just washed down a dozen of my kids' Halloween themed Oreos with 5 beers whilst watching the World Series. Just feels right this time of year. Sorry, I got nothing.
