Breakfast: As many carbs I can stomach.....usualy 2 bowls of a whole grain cereal or 2 pop tarts or 2 whole grain bagels and some type of jelly followed by my wifes 80 cal ideallean protein.
During the offseason i usually do not eat during the day as long as I can function.
While training I will eat whatever I need to fuel my workouts.....bananas, clif bars, etc.
Dinner is whatever I want within reason and I always eat my vegetables at the beginning of the meal to ensure I eat the right amount.....as I am not the greatest at eating them consistantly...
Big rule for dinner is to eat before 8......I never eat anything later than that.
