How is this any different from the hi bird satellites that are essentially doing the same thing? Why was it okay in Iraq but not one of the most crime ridden cities in the US? So many double standards.

Well, yeah, there’s a different standard for American citizens on American soil than for enemy on the battlefield. Go figure.
