Trying to get an idea of what I can swim a 1500 LCM in based off workouts
-Recently did 10x100 on 1:20 coming in 1:15 SCY Honest effort not hammering it
-Also did 6x200 on 2:50 SCY doing 2:35 for the first 4 then building to 2:30 for the last 2 again just an honest effort.
Any ideas
