I'd be way to nervous to ride in a head down position like that for more than a few seconds. But it could be attributed to riding on cracked/potholed/broken roads for the majority of my life. I'm sure roads in Hawaii and other places that don't deal with the yearly freeze and thaw cycle are much more trustworthy.
