Week 5 of 8 Week Block — 5 weeks to race

I'm starting the last 4 week block for a 70.3, but I'll be short one week (taper week is the week before the race). How do I best handle it? I was going to shift my taper week to race week, but I don't know how well 4 weeks of build intensity would be before a taper... Should I repeat the first or second week?
