Hello- I have had a few injuries that haven't healed and have found out I have high cortisol- thru blood, saliva, and a 24-hour collection test.
I have also been found to have low estrogen.
I have a crackling noise now starting in my knees. Anyone have familiarity with this- and done anything to get it to resolve--i.e. Getting hormones to balance and symptoms to subside?
