I have the stickers from Pegatin Pro. I have the California flag. I put them on everything. Tri bike, motorcycle, helmets, laptop, Yeti, you name it. They are fun. Especially with my last name. I thought about having them say "Trout-Like-A-Fish" (which is how I tell people to spell it) but the sticker would be too long.

I really want to peel off my wheel stickers and put stickers of trouts on them. I just can't find any trout fish stickers. Clearly, I don't mind looking completely stupid (it is stupid, not douchey).

Is it douchey for an age grouper to put their name/flag on their bike? The stickers from Pegatin Pro look pretty cool...

Can't believe someone hasn't pointed out the extra weight of the stickers. I am on ST, right?

How about the name/flag of the bike's previous owner? My main road bike was given to me as a thank you for support during a great season, and I kept the sticker on hoping a little of the mojo would remain... :)

Sorry to revive an old thread, but:

How about name stickers and flags on shoes and helmets? Totally cool or triathlon faux pax?

My bike name stickers came with an extra sheet of smaller stickers, and it seems wasteful not to use them. Thoughts?

Do it! Those who matter don't mind...and those who do mind definitely don't matter.

I celebrated qualifying for Worlds by getting name/flag stickers.
Same here. I raced ITU Cross Worlds in Penticton last year and I ordered mine after qualifying at Off-Road Nationals in 2016. I see no issue with anyone (FOP/MOP/BOP) putting them on their bike/helmet, though. Like others have said, there are far bigger issues to be concerned about.
