That one big monologue by Morgan Freeman when he's scolding Denzel to straighten up always gives me chills. My other favorite scene is where Tom is all proud after he figures out how to load & pack his musket, and then the Col. asks him to show how to do it again and starts firing his revolver in close quarters to simulate having to focus on the task under duress while getting all flustered. Great stuff.
