Keto and endurance training -racing

I apologize if this topic has been beat to death, just searching for input on Keto and endurance training and racing.
Just finished Santa Cruz 70.3, PR'd everything - swim was shortened, but still had my best time for that distance. I'm happy (5:16 finish) but think there is more to gain, mainly from my diet.
Bottom line, I'm 6'2" - 210lbs, I'm a big guy, but still too heavy.
Can I get thoughts on Keto (open to any info) as well as some good resources so I can learn more.

Get ready to duck!

This has been discussed many times and always devolves into a pissing match between those that think it's the best thing in the world and those that think they are absolutely bat shit crazy for doing it. Then there are those in the middle that have had success and those that prefer something else. It should be entertaining to watch.
