Is the bike course the same as the half, and if so does it go up Lookout Mountain twice? I see on the map there is a Lookout Mountain scenic highway and didn't know if the 1/2 used that road, and that was what all the fuss was about.

Roughly first 5 miles, last 10 miles of first loop (for full), and last 10 miles into town are the same. The full does not go up Lookout Mountain. For the WC, the climb up Lookout was in between miles 5-8 I think.The full course is mostly rolling.
Maps for both are on the Ironman site. You can see the differences pretty easily.
