So we will be looking directly into the sun for the first part of the swim tomor. During my one and only prac swim I was using mirrored googled and it was still almost impossible to see the buoys. Would polarized be better for this? I have both goggles available for tomor

You can even see it underwater, so you really don't need to lift your head.
