I'm in Colorado and my bike still isn't back yet. This seems unusually long.

I've emailed Customer Service about 24 hrs ago and haven't heard anything back. Their website says it's high volume right now, which I totally believe, and I'm not sure if they are in an area potentially affected by Irma, so I'm trying to be patient, but I'm getting nervous.

Anyone else still waiting?

Hi Elsa,

I'm sorry but it appears there may have been a miscommunication. All IMCDA Colorado bikes were returned on 8/31 and 9/1. (I know because I returned them myself.)
