Getting ready for IM. All is going well, fell fit and preforming well, but a little heavier than I would like. So decided to start a HFLC diet. I have done so successfully a couple of times, seem to respond well, meaning weight tends to drop fast. I will take in some carbs just to support very hard or long workouts, to keep quality as high as possible, as well as use some nutrition during workouts.
Was 210, already down to 203, should be around 195 on game day.

The question, how and when do you reintroduce carbs to ensure you show up at the start line with a full tank?
