Look up Bart Bowen or Jay Dicharry. I had Jay do my fit, and I've been very pleased with the results.

Webcyclery is my go to LBS here. I've done business with a number of them, but Web gets the majority of my business now and handles any bike work I don't have the tools for.

That said, just about every LBS here concentrates on MTB (some exclusively), so finding specific road/triathlon gear and parts locally is a toss up at times. It's also quite rare to find high end road gear (bikes, shoes, helmets) stocked in any of the shops.

The breakdown of shops here that have some focus on road is:

Orbea/Cannondale: Sagebrush
