I would suggest that you need to simply ride more. I would try and add 100 bike TSS to your training with some more focused zone 4/5 training. I also think you would greatly benefit from some 10-14 day bike training blocks where your weekly bike TSS is around 700 TSS (still on the lower end for the cycling world). This should give you an added bump and foundation to increase your bike fitness. This has nothing to do with weight. The best cat 1 on my cycling team is 140lbs and has an FTP over 350w, absolute animal and has very small legs. Nutrition intake will be critical, nothing crazy, well balanced diet, with regular meal intervals to ensure you stay topped up. Ideally no prolonged fasting.
