Power increase payoff.

If everything else was equal, that is, the same course, same clothes, same conditions etc., but avg power was increased by 15 watts. What would you expect the payoff to be in terms of increased speed.

Assume that the 'aero' characteristics were pretty good and consistent.

It depends on what your avg power is now and wind conditions (ie. what is the relative air flow velocity for you now). Drag power has a cubic dependence on velocity so 15 W will increase your speed much more at 15 mph vs. 25 mph.
