Given enough time, we could rain enough HE on the arty sites buried deep inside the mountains. But first, all we'd have is missiles and they have a really light payload. We can't send bombers until the NK AD (air defense) assets are taken out.
You're not thinking big.
B61 Mod 11 dial-a-yield bombs on F-35s.
Stealth. Nukes. Stealth nukes. Bigly stealth nukes. The best stealth nukes. Tremendous.
We didn't hand Lock Mart a bajillion million dollars to make a stealth fighter-bomber that could only be used after all the AD (air defense) "assets" are taken out. And HE is for libtards. We promised "fire and fury" not little noisemakers. Turn the dial on that dial-a-yield to '11' and ask Dear Leader to come out and play.
I agree that stealth planes could slip past their air defenses. But how long to take out hundreds of hardened SAM batteries and prob a thousand artillery sites? How many B61s do we have, how many stealth planes that can carry them internally do we have? In the weeks prior to the fight, would SK let us bring a bunch of stealth planes to bases in SK or would they say "no, that's inflammatory, so sorry"? And how many hours would it take for our few stealth aircraft to service the entire target list? Remember, Seoul is going to be leveled in the opening hours of the exchange.
Lets use those bombs on Dear Leader, not targets that are hardened to absorb significant punishment. But do it BEFORE he has a chance to start the war. Because once it starts, decapitating the head won't translate to immed cessation of arty fires. Command and Control would be a rats nest and no platoon arty position is going to stop firing w/o clear guidance to do so.
