Can I run 32T on new 9100 derailleur?

I know it is spec to 30T.

Works great- just don't go full cross-chain in the big ring.

Yep, just avoid the cross chain and you will be fine.

Don't forget to check that your chain is the correct length. You might need to get a new one.

If you have to specifically avoid a gear combination, it does not work great. Go with the long-cage or keep it at 30 teeth in the back.
