Ribble UK still has them for $31.36 each, and $6.48 for shipping no matter how many you order. I have ordered from them in the past, and usually order 4-6 at a time which dilutes the shipping cost. Once I actually ordered 10 pairs and split them with 2 friends. Right now you can get 4 shipped to the US for $131, or 2 for $69.20. No foreign transaction fees on the credit card I use.
