Clinchers or tubies? 10 or 11 sp? I have several 10sp 650 wheel sets I'm no longer using

I have a Zipp Disc tubular with a professionally glued Conti Sprinter on it. I purchased it towards the end of 2013 new.
It has a Shimano 10 speed CS 5600 cassette on it. It has not been used in almost two years. All in excellent shape.
