I've been OK on the HIM pre-race rituals. I'm just wondering (for 140.6 distance):
1. How much do you weigh?
2. How many calories do you try to get in, pre-race?
3. Are you racing or trying to get through the day, comfortably (and still have a respectable time)?
Not really interested in how you get the calories. Only interested in the number (to see if I'm in the ball park).
