tell me about it... is it hilly? At elevation? First year event right? Hot that time of year? Hard course? Etc thanks

also check the group for Ironman Santa Rosa on Facebook if you are on there. Don't bother with the Ironman page for SR just the page of actual people who race it. Tons of RR and questions and answers etc. Very informative.

Course is flat. Swim is hard. I PR by 30 min.
