I've done some reading about issues with the optical HRM on the Garmin 935 when doing intervals but I have a different issue.
My issue is as follows:
The HR at the start of a workout is extremely low and it takes a long time to get "right". I've noticed mostly while I'm on the trainer. Sometimes even though I'm working really hard, my HR will register 60 or 70 bpm for the 30-45 minutes.
Has anybody else had this issue? Is there anything I could be doing wrong?
