Where do we find dates to 2018 IM events please?
Also, does registration for the following year sbegin the day after the event?
If not, what should I expect if I want to best ensure a spot for Lake Placid in 2018?
What I heard during a live feed from lake placid the other day was that the 2018 race is July 22nd. (It's always the forth Sunday in July so this is right on target) Registration opens tomorrow for people who volunteered or were participants this year. They get an email code to register I think. Then on Wednesday Tri clubs and awa athletes get their shot. Next Monday July 31st the registration opens to the general public. That's your time to be online. Of course a person could pay the extra buys to get in via ironman foundation or the fundraiser charity.
