Hi,
Here for a few days and want to get some swims in. I am not picky. I will swim outdoors if there is some kind of group that goes out, or in a pool with or without Masters.
Any info greatly appreciated.

Check out the edge gyms around Burlington they are really the only pools available, the South Burlington and Williston locations have masters swims, they both start at 5:30am Wednesday and Friday at South Burlington and Tuesday and Thursday at Williston. There's only some informal OWS groups that meet at Indian Brook Reservoir in Essex Junction which is motorless. Someone will probably be there 5:30-6am most days of the week but its more of a email group or friends just meet there. You could also jump in Lake Champlain from Red Rocks beach and just parallel the shore.
