I suddenly need a new pair of tri/bike shoes (these would be my first nice pair). I've been wearing the cheaper (non-carbon) Tri Flys.......and I'm assuming I'd wear the same size in the Pro V3s.....but I'm not sure.

I'm between these and the "reg" carbon tri flys. Any advice on which to purchase?

Thanks. I'm also hoping there's not a long break-in period. I'm in the short rows for my A race.
