So many that come to mind! A few from different sports that all made it into my Inspiration playlist:
2008 4x100m free relay with Lezak splitting 46.06
2016 Paris-Roubaix from Hayman's attack
2013 WTS Grand Final

Hard to pick just one, but would have to say Great North 2013

Bekele toying with SloMo is just fantastic. Geb's performance here was nothing short of amazing. 60 min half at 40 is just incredible.

1990 Commonwealth Games 5000m
John Ngugi falls, sprints ahead, gaps the field massively...but then...

I was starting to get into following pro cycling last year when I watched that Paris-Roubaix, but that final got me totally hooked on the sport. Damn good racing!

I love that look on his face! And when the announcer says "Hayman has won 2 professional races, Boonen [has won] 109."

It was 2007 TdF, with Contador and Leipheimer attacking Rasmussen on the climbs, and Mauricio Soler coming out of nowhere with his suicide climbs to take polka dots. But now all of that has been tainted by doping. Thanks assholes.
Giro 2010 with Evans and Vinokourov, two GC favorites, sprinting each other for the stage, and a 25 minute breakaway, and a breakaway with a GC favorite in it, and cycling through mud and deep standing water, and a hundred other nutty and amazing things that happened that year.
Gwen Jorgensen running down everyone at ITU Chicago. I was there watching in person and that was really something to see.

Not a whole race, just the finish, but I never tire of watching this:

Above is one of my favourite triathlon finishes. He comes from so far behind!
Some of my favourites are from a nationalist perspective. (Brit)
Cycling, 2007 tour (I know doping) but those climbs were awesome.
Running lasse Viren in Munich. Falls and still wins with a world record! (Special blood).
Finnish commentary too.

I'd have to agree with you on Jason Lezak. That's way up there. Now I know people will probably downplay that by saying that France won in 2012 and '13 to "one-up" the monumental race that the US had in 2008, but oh well.
I think Lemond's 89 win was also way up there. It got a lot of people into cycling after that, and served many other non-cycling endurance athletes as inspiration.

No Julie Moss crawling across the finish line in full view of the Wide World of sports crew?
For me it just came last year when Allistar domesticed for his brother and held him up and ran him to the line in the last meters and then shoved him over the line to the ground!!
The Leak relay was great, and so was the 80 US hockey team at the games in the final, Miracle on Ice I believe they called it.
And of course the Ironwar of 89, my favorite start to finish race of all time...

I agree with those. Particularly, the Alistair Jonny race probably my favorite.

Rudisha's 800 in London 2012.
It looks like he is inventing running in this race.
