Just wondering if there's a better way to position wheels when not in use that have tubes with sealant in them. Valve at 12/6 o'clock? Does it matter? Thanks in advance.

It can matter if it's being stored long enough for the sealant to dry out. I would avoid keeping the valves at the 5-7 o'clock positions.
