Someone on here told me you like shit sandwiches too, but I corrected them, I politely told them that wasn't true, you don't like bread.

He would have stayed up but his Mom put her foot down and told him it would interfere with his school. High school is very important, if he applies himself for the next 4 years, the skies the limit.
What could he do, say no? He'd be grounded for a week !!

I am a west coaster, I think he came on out here late...Yes, way past my bed time, especially when I am up at 4 am every morning, on weekends, I sleep in till 6 am.

Wrong. It was adjusted by network to the time zone. You were just riding your cycle at midnight. :-)

My mother passed away when I was two. I didn't have a Mom to tell me when to go to bed. Wish I did.

Sad to hear that. I was fortunate to have my mom tuck me in every night, albeit when I didn't always want to go to bed.:-). Did your dad ever remarry?

While that was very sweet of her, you know you could have told her by the time you were 30 that wasn't necessary anymore, right? :-)
