He would have stayed up but his Mom put her foot down and told him it would interfere with his school. High school is very important, if he applies himself for the next 4 years, the skies the limit.

What could he do, say no? He'd be grounded for a week !!

That guy has responded to many of my posts in the same tone. Personal attacks with nothing to discuss or contribute.

I liked him in the 70's, then he turned into a tool.

I watched him for years. He changed a bit after his heart attack, which is understandable.

Wrong. It was adjusted by network to the time zone. You were just riding your cycle at midnight. :-)

My mother passed away when I was two. I didn't have a Mom to tell me when to go to bed. Wish I did.

Sad to hear that. I was fortunate to have my mom tuck me in every night, albeit when I didn't always want to go to bed.:-). Did your dad ever remarry?

While that was very sweet of her, you know you could have told her by the time you were 30 that wasn't necessary anymore, right? :-)

Long Chile was a silly place.
