My lunch is almost always the same:

- Meat and cheese sandwich or sometimes a wrap with tuna salad, tomatoes, and lettuce
- 2 pieces of fruit, usually a banana and a orange or an apple

I have peanuts in the desk drawer for any cravings.

Cheese & crackers. Pepperoni sticks. Hard boiled eggs. PB on apple slices. Ants on a log (PB and raisins on celery).

Previous night's left overs, unless one of our kids claims dibbs first. If no leftovers then a PB-n-J with 2-3 pieces of fruit, cheese stick, greek yogurt, maybe a handful of chips (Herr's Texas Pete have been my go-to chip lately)

Some options that I use as I am a grazer as well:

- 2% Greek yogurt with bananas, berries, and low sugar granola
- 2% cottage cheese and almonds
- baby carrots
- pistachios

I would ditch the fruit cups, teddy grahams, etc. Those are really empty calories.

The baby carrots sound like a good idea, I'll have to start stealing those from my kids too. Then I can replace the teddy grahams đŸ˜†

Powertap / Cycleops / Saris
