My bike is tucked in safely in an extra bedroom. Some nights I go in and cuddle with it. Seriously though, it leans against the wall in a spare bedroom. If I want to hang it in the garage I'll remove the carbon fairing wheels, put those in my wheel bag, put the everyday/training wheels on it and hang it.

I hung my bike by the front wheel (Hed Jet) for years with no problem at all.
