I put 3 scoops of base salt in each of my bottles for HIM and IM. I just mix it in with the Infinit when I make my bottles.

I also weigh a little over 190#'s.

I use electrolyte capsules and with a pair of scissors cut them in half and pour the contents in my bottle. They dissolve easily in my sport drink. It works well for me!
