Zero offset

What are the factors that affect a power meters zero offset ride to ride?

I have powertap p1s and when the bike is in the basement for extended periods of time the offset is in the 20s always around 25, obviously consistent conditions. Took it outsideal this past weekend and offset went to mid 30s and has stayed there upon returning to the basement.
What factors affecting the offset besides temperature?

From what I have seen Temperature and humidity appear to play a part in the Zero Offset.
