Yes, for sure.

If I had to guess, the legit toy seller (with excellent feedback I might add) in the UK got his account hacked and someone in Georgia used his account for the fake bike listings. That's just pure speculation on my part though. If someone actually gets a P1 Speed Concept for a grand I'll eat my words, lol.

This is my guess too. Scammers find a well established eBay account for the credibility that it gives them and then try to get as much cash from it as they can.

If it sounds too good to be true, it *always* is. If you live by that motto for every once in a lifetime deal that you miss, you'll avoid being scammed 71 times.

Run from any eBay sale that asks you to bypass the eBay mechanisms.

I saw it too. Noticed two different evay seller users but the same type of ad.

Some ridiculous pricing for an IA FRD with di2 and stages for the "$1000" price or a felt ar1 with dura ace 9070 di2 for that same price. Too

First seller was "American memorabilia" and the other was Greg...(something forget exactly what).

Was very curious but when it's too good to be true I avoided it.

Ask him if it's ok that someone comes by and confirms that he's legit. That'd certainly be ok if I was the seller. Then get his address. I'm in GA. Chances are I know someone that lives not too far from him. Heck. 80% of us live near Atlanta so that's prob where he is.

Yep. I'm sure not sending them any money. I'd report the listing to ebay but the report item menu options are so generic I'm not going to bother. Hopefully no one gets scammed.
