I heard an interview with him on the local news station this a.m. He was arrogant AF. Basically he said, I've had these plans for a while and I'm the governor and you're not.

Trump is too busy starting an international incident over a terminally ill child from a foreign country while pushing to remove health care from children in his country to notice.
