Hey everyone,
My A race of the season (IM 70. Manta) is coming up on july 30th. So far my trainig has been really good (I just posted my fastest 90k on the bike yesterday at 02:31).
The question is: should I do an Olympic Tri this upcoming weekend as preparation to my A race (I could use some open water swim training), or should I just carry on with my normal training plan?
