Materials that are more aero when wet ?
The Sky skin suit thing got me to thinking about if there are some materials that are more aerodynamic than others when they are wet. What would you look for in a cloth material for wet conditions?

Yes this is getting pretty far out there in terms of specificity, dry weather skin suits and wet weather skin suits but that seems like a drop in the bucket for a world tour team. They already use dry and wet weather tires. Just taking that one step further.

Team GB looked into this (I believe for 2012) trying to line up dry vs. wet suits on the track (depending on event length / amount of sweat) I think I read Boardman / Squirrels eventually gave it up to one of those things that there was *some* benefit to, but that they just didn't have time/money to nail down and test for each athlete/event.
